Dear DST Chuck - Great to see you at SDCC! So any chance we’ll see a Ch’od variant of the awesome Abomination? I can’t think of any others that make sense. And please leak us sore loser Marvel Legends fans some news of some more awesome Marvel Selects! Would love to see comic book versions of the Iron Monger, classic Titanium Man or Crimson Dynamo! Classic Ultron at the gates of Avengers mansion with a demolished Vision would sell, sell, sell. Of Course Lockjaw with Medusa or Crystal could work now that Lockjaw had a mini series. Keep making great stuff. Thanks Diamond Select!!

DSTChuck: SDCC was a blast, but I also like to go to as many shows as time allows and hang out the booth for anyone that wants to stop by so see you all soon! I think for now the Iron Man focus for us would be movie and maybe a little down the road we’d look at more comic central characters. The best/worst thing about Marvel Select is we only get to do about nine unique releases per year.

Hey…love the updated packaging on the UQS Luke…this may have already been changed, but I noticed that Luke’s lightsaber on the side of the box is the wrong color…it’s blue on the box, but it should be green. Nothing major, but it would be cool if it could be changed. Thanks!

I’m really looking forward to the upcoming Marvel Select Marvel Girl figure (and it’s variant!), and, looking at my shelves, I found myself thinking how much I miss more female figures in this line, what about an Invisible Girl to pair the upcoming Thing? Or a Ms. Marvel? Maybe an Storm? Also, How many figures are you planning on releasing in this line next year? I can assure you that this year’s figure have been amazing so far, but I’m really eager to get some more.

DSTChuck: Mario, we’ve really had a mixed bag as far as results go for female figures in the line do. We’re going to do more, for sure, but we really need to pick our spots.

I was shopping Toys R Us yesterday and saw that you guys are making Star Wars Ultimate Quarter Scale Action Figures. I was shocked and pleased at the hugeness of the figure. Really great quality. So my question is sort of a request, which I’m sure you’ve heard plenty from other customers… What are the chances you guys will make a Star Wars Clone Wars Clone Trooper? I’ve always been disappointed with the 3 3/4 size Hasbro figures and to have a 19 inch Clone Trooper would be very rad. hopefully I’ll hear from you. DSTChuck: Eric, welcome to the club, glad you like what we’ve done. When we started the line it was decided that we’d focus on basic core characters and move on to armored bad guys in the second year. In fact we’ve already announced Vader and more are one the way!

With you guys having made so many Back to the Future products and many of them being prop replicas like the Marty/Marty Jr. BTTF II 2015 hat, the OUTATIME license plate, and the Flux Capacitor, are there any plans to do the time circuits and destination keypad?

DSTChuck: I don’t think so, we’re not sure those have the wide recognition the other items have but we’d LOVE to do more BTTF stuff!

I just started collecting your “Indiana Jones” line. It is flawless like the rest of your products. Will the line carry on into the next film (2011, hopefully), and the canceled Mutt return. I’m picking up every figure in this line. What’s next after Henry and Cairo Indy? What other Indy products do you have available for purchase? Thanks again for your time and timeless toys.

DSTChuck: Man I hope it continues, its been a life long dream to work on this property and a joy to make something I would have killed for 10 years ago. Heck I bought a Toys McCoy Indy all those years back. Right now we’re not seeing a great deal of support at retail but we’re not giving up yet!

DSTChuck: We’d do something a sheet or part or a new car. Not sure since right now that is not on the table.

Have I mentioned how awesome the “Back to the Future” trilogy is!? Cause it is. So I demand you make more product, my dear sirs and madams! Now that the BSG MiniFlyers are out they really get me excited and give me hope for the DeLorien’s! And if those come out, then by gum we’ll NEED more minimates (minimates being the elixir of life, of course)! And if we get more minimates, then here is praying for multiple series of TRU exclusives, cause that would be awesome! BUT… I get sidetracked. Are they any chances we’ll a replica of the 2015 Barcode License Plate? Do you or would you be interested in getting the PVC Bank rights? I love what you’ve done with Ghostbusters, etc., and those it would be awesome to get a Flux Capacitor Bank, and Banks of the various Courthouses (any or all of 1885, 1955, 1985, Alternate 1985, 2015). Heck, I’d even happily buy a bank or repro of the 2015 Pepsi bottle! A series of all of the hoverboards (maybe 6″ long) would also be very awesome. At! any rate, I love your stuff and look very much forward to more!

DSTChuck: Ok, Ok slow down.. Some of those items are not possible (like the hover board) but I think others are very possible.
